Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Workfreak ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to users located in the United States and the European Economic Area (EEA). Certain provisions may vary based on your jurisdiction to comply with applicable local laws, including consumer protection laws in the EEA.

Description of Service
Workfreak is a comprehensive productivity and wellness platform that helps you balance work and life. Our service includes:
- Work: Time blocking and productivity tracking
- Food: Nutrition tracking and meal planning
- Training: Fitness and workout management
- Journal: Wellness metrics and daily reflections
- Goals: AI-guided goal tracking and progress monitoring
- AI Mentor: Personalized AI-powered insights and guidance
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Workfreak offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $5.00 per month. Billed monthly and automatically renews unless cancelled.
- Lifetime Plan: $50 one-time payment for lifetime access to all features.
Free Trial: All new users receive a 3-day free trial immediately after signup. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can try all features risk-free before committing to a paid plan.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect your current subscription period.
Payment Terms
Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Lifetime plans are billed once at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at support@workfreak.me within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
European Users: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@workfreak.me. If you have already started using the Service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has been fully completed.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to all paid features until then. Lifetime plans do not require cancellation as they are one-time payments.
Use License
Permission is granted to use Workfreak for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not: (i) modify or copy the materials; (ii) use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; (iii) attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Workfreak; (iv) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Workfreak:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Workfreak, a Workfreak employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Workfreak or users of the Service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Workfreak, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Disclaimer
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workfreak excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms relating to our Service and the use of this Service. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury, limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), certain mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply, and nothing in these Terms will limit or exclude your rights as a consumer under such laws.
For users located in the EEA, if any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, those mandatory laws shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise for EEA users.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
